Remedial massage is an in-depth massage treatment designed to assist the body in its healing process by manipulating the muscles, ligaments and tendons that are damaged or injured.
Remedial massage works by stretching out tight muscles and tension, freeing your movement, improving circulation and assisting in relieving local and radial pain associated with the affected area.
A selection of oils may be used to help glide and apply pressure to the muscles and pinpoint the source of the aggravation.
There are several techniques that may be used during a remedial massage depending on your consultation and decided treatment plan.
